Description
This system replaces the existing electric heaters fitted in the roller with gas burners and is operated on LPG. This system is fully automatic, safe and highly economical. The performance of LPG as well as PNG is very satisfactory.
We have installed this system on machines size from 42 inch till 75 inch flute size on Single Profile as well as double profile machines. There is need to provide suitable Gas bank for this application and we take up this jon as well. The gas bank size depends upon number of machines and size of machines working in a single shed. This is to ensure that there is no residual gas in the cylinders. For Pipe gas the piping only is required to be taken up to the machine.
